Homes Provide Opportunity

Homes are a resource blessing, The early Christians taught the gospel in private homes (Acts 5:42 and 20:20). In some towns, private homes served as meeting places.(Rom 16:5 1Co 16:19 Phm 1:2).By holding Prayer Meetings in your home, inviting brethren, neighbours, friends, relatives, associates, community leaders, denominational people, and so forth, you will be following a scriptural pattern and successful plan for bringing God's word to people and bringing people to God.

Make today you BEST day yet!!!

Speak these confessions into your life today and always. This is a new day. Be Encouraged and make TODAY your BEST day yet!

I set the course of my life today with my words. I declare today that i will Not be Defeated, Discouraged, Depressed or Disappointed...

I am the head, I have insight, I have wisdom, I have ideas, I have authority.

I exercise my authority today with my words and i decree a thing and it is so...

Greater is He that is in me than he that is within the world (1John 4vs4) The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in ME...(Rom8vs11)

As i speak words today, they come to pass (Job22vs28) they go before me, they bring the things to pass that i desire;they stop all attacks, assaults, oppression, and fear from coming to my life...

God is on my side today and therefore, i cannot be defeated...

I expect to receive Favor in my HOME, favor in my JOB, favor in my BUSINESS, favor in my MINISTRY, Favor in my FINANCES, and Favor in every DEAL i am involved in...

I have Wisdom today from God. I will think the right thoughts, say the right words and make the right decisions in EVERY situation i face today.

My Mouth speaks Wisdom and my Heart is filled with UNDERSTANDING. (Psalm 49vs3)

AS CHILDRED OF GOD, ARE WE ALSO GODS?

Well, I'm not the one who said it; God Himself said so in His Word: "I have said ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most high (Psalm 82:6).

If God gave birth to you, what do you think you are? You must be a god under Him! He's Papa God, and we're His kids. Children of God ought to be gods. Come to think of it, if you can change the circumstances of your life, you must be a god!

When someone gives his heart to Christ and becomes born again, he receives the divine nature. His spirit is imparted with the eternal life of Almighty God and he becomes one like Him His very offspring. The Bible says in James 1:18, "Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth…" and in 1 Peter 1:23, "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever." The Bible also says, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17), Hallelujah!

Now that we're born again and partakers of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4), the life of God has taken up residence in our spirits. We're not what we used to be; we may look the same way we used to look on the outside, but on the inside, we're new creatures, born again and filled with the Spirit of God! When God created Man, He created him in His image and after His likeness. That's why we look like Him; we have two hands the same way He has two hands. We have two legs, one head, one mouth, one nose, two ears and two eyes just like Him. When God gives birth, you can't expect Him to produce a failure. That's inconsistent with His nature. So God is training us just as a daddy trains his kids, because we belong to Him.

BEAUTIFUL CHRISTIAN SISTER

By Maya Angelou
A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ
That a man should have to seek Him first to find her.'

When I say.... 'I am a Christian' I'm not shouting 'I'm clean living,'
I'm whispering 'I was lost, Now I'm found and forgiven.'

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide..

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.

When I say.. 'I am a Christian' I'm not bragging of success
I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible, but God believes I am worth it.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I still feel the sting of pain...
I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.

When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner Who received God's good grace, somehow!

Pretty is as Pretty does... But beautiful is just plain beautiful!

Be Determined

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

"“[We pray] that you may be invigorated and strengthened with all power according to the might of His glory, [to exercise] every kind of endurance and patience (perseverance and forbearance) with joy,"
(Colossians 1:11, AMP).

TODAY'S WORD

Do you know what causes God to act on your behalf? Do you know what gets His attention? God is not moved by our needs. He’s not moved by whining or complaining. He’s not moved by a “poor me” mentality. No, God is moved by our faith in Him. We have to be determined to stand on God’s Word no matter what is going on around us.

Remember, God promises in His Word that He will fight our battles, but understand that it’s not going to happen automatically. We have to do our part. We have to dig our heels in with an attitude of faith and exercise endurance, patience, and perseverance. We have to be determined to stand strong in faith and face those challenges that come against us.

Just like the scripture says, I pray that today you are strengthened with His power to exercise endurance, perseverance, and patience so that you can stand strong and be determined to take hold of every promise He has in store for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father in heaven, thank You for giving me a measure of faith that grows as I receive Your Word. Today I declare that I am determined to put You first and stand on Your promises so that I can live the life of victory You have prepared for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen
